Luke's school is doing an all-you-can-eat waffle breakfast as a fund raiser. We will also be doing a "class baskets" silent auction during the breakfast. Each class (there are 19 of them) is collecting specific themed items such as Summer Fun, Arts & Crafts, Hawkeye, Sports, Dog Care, Family Game Night, and many more. The fund raiser will support our PTO, playground, field trips and PE equipment, among other things. Here are the details:
Saturday, March 26
7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Garner Elementary School, North Liberty
Ticket Prices:
3 and under - Free
4 and 5 - $4
6-12 year olds - $6
13 and older - $8 ($10 day of)
To purchase tickets in advance, contact us or Kristin Beckman: garnerbreakfast [at] gmail.com
Make checks payable to Garner PTO.
We still need to raise a lot of money for the 3rd-6th grade playground so we hope you can all join us! (And, yes, I will again be organizing the building of the playground.)

...just a couple of our kids' favorite foods. They have eaten cherry tomatoes for breakfast and always snack on cheese sticks. I want to remember things like this, so will continue the blog that was once titled, "Bud and Baby's Adventures." We'll now call them Luke and Audrey. :)
