Last week Audrey wrote a letter to Santa while at school and on the drive home she told Ben that she wants to visit Santa at the mall. That evening we suggested they go talk to Santa and Luke didn't want to, but Audrey was very excited and wanted to put on a pretty dress. She picked out my 1983 flower girl dress from Unc and Aunt Kim's wedding and looked adorable. Luke still wasn't excited but we dressed him in a nice sweater and said he had to go with us. Once we got to Santa Luke got excited. They were very patient while we waited in line for 10 minutes and they both thought it was totally worth the wait. Luke spoke right up and told him he wants a U.B. Funkeys starter kit and Audrey quietly said she wants a Strawberry Shortcake house, but Santa understood her. This is the first time either of them has ever visited Santa and I'll never forget the look in their eyes after talking to him!
